Andy is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist having trained several horses to Grand Prix and riders to the FEI levels.
Over the years, Andy currently trains with Anne Gribbons and Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel and has ridden with international riders and judges, including Lili Fore. Andy is the resident trainer at WV Dressage in Walle

Jody is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist and is currently pursuing her USDF Technical Delegate license. She has been riding and competing since 1978, beginning her career in eventing and endurance before dedicating herself exclusively to dressage in 1988.
Over the years, Jody has trained with leading international riders and judges, including David Collins, Alix Szepesi, and Sandy Osborn, and she spent 3 years in France riding with Catherine Henriquet. She now trains with Andy Phillips and is actively competing her self‑trained Dutch Warmblood at Intermediate I while developing the Grand Prix movements.
Jody offers haul‑in lessons at her farm in Waller, Texas, where she brings decades of experience, a classical foundation, and a thoughtful, horse‑centered approach to every session.
